Job Description
Bally’s Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company seeking a Supervisor - Sportsmans to assist in the daily operation of the Cafe and ensure a safe and pleasant dining experience for customers.
Requirements
- Supervise restaurant Line Servers and Bus Persons
- Assign and direct work, appraise performance, reward, coach, and discipline Team Members
- Maintain accurate daily shift reports and communicate information to Manager
- Develop and maintain an incentive program to motivate and inspire Team Members
- Ensure Team Cafe is maintained and cleaned during all periods of operation
