Dealers are to deal assigned table games accurately and in a professional manner according to company policies, procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations. To maintain control of the assigned table game at all times and ensure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience for guests.
Requirements
- Build guest relations throughout every shift
- Must be proficient in dealing Blackjack and all novelty games offered
- Deal the game and monitor the monies of the table at all times
- Monitor guest play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play
- Pay winnings or collect losing bets as established by the rules and procedures of a specific game
- Answer questions about game rules and casino policies
- Complete all government reporting
- Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same
- Handle routine guest complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change
- Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management
