Table Games Dealer (Craps + BJ/Bacc/Roulette)

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company seeking a Table Games Dealer to manage assigned games in accordance with Company policy and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will embody Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy, promote customer-centric culture, and ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games and assets.

Requirements

• Must deal Craps plus another main game; Blackjack, Baccarat, or Roulette.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
• Must pass a math assessment issued by the Company
• Must pass a color vision assessment test issued by the company
• Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
