Shift Lead - Line B - 3rd Shift

A Shift Lead is responsible for directing the activities of assigned Assembly personnel to accomplish daily production goals and long-term projects. They ensure all mechanics are properly trained and performing according to safety, production, and quality standards. The Shift Lead promotes open communication, trains employees, and partners with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
