Director, Business Strategy & Innovation

The Baltimore Orioles organization is seeking a Director of Business Strategy and Innovation to help shape transformational decisions, drive revenue growth, and enhance fan engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with strong record of academic achievement; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Strategy, or related field; Sports and/or Media & Entertainment experience a plus
• Exceptional ability to distill and interpret raw data to offer creative, practical, actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience and interest in developing and mentoring high-potential team members
