The Payroll Support Hero will provide exceptional email and phone support for customers using BambooHR's payroll software. They will troubleshoot software issues, help clients integrate and utilize the software, and ensure compliance with tax liabilities.
Requirements
- Enjoy engaging in phone conversations for up to 6 hours a day.
- Demonstrate a passion for customer care and the ability to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Show a desire to learn payroll; prior experience is welcome but not required.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal forms.
- Exhibit impeccable attention to detail.
- Be tech-savvy and able to learn various software applications quickly.
- The ability to multi-task throughout your day is needed.
- Type at a speed of 60+ words per minute.
