Banauten is a digital agency from Stuttgart that offers strategy, conception, creation, and development from a single source.
You want to become a Banaut, but have not found a suitable job posting? No problem! We are always looking for student workers and interns. You can also write your thesis with us. We will find the right place for you!
We don't believe in empty phrases like "fresh fruit always" and "flat hierarchies." We don't pretend to have a super edgy company culture to justify bad working conditions. We are tired of the bad image of agency work and are the living proof that it can be done differently in the industry.
We work for international corporations, traditional medium-sized businesses, or freshly hatched start-ups. There is no shortage of exciting projects.
You have a time account at work and enjoy a compensatory time-off, you decide for leisure or payout. We are also open to all types of part-time models (50%, 80%, etc.), if you don't want to work 40 hours a week. And for even more flexibility, we offer you a sabbatical opportunity after at least one year with us.
If it fits between us, you have the opportunity to work 100% remotely. Workation in the south against winter blues? No problem at all. Our office in Stuttgart city center is also not bad.
