Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience supporting banking systems

- Experience using incident management system to document and resolve issues
- Experience working with external vendor solutions and parties
