Banc of California is a bank holding company looking for a Client Care Specialist to provide exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have prior client service experience and banking or financial services industry experience. The role will involve troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries, maintaining and providing support to the Bank's consumer and commercial customers for Debit Card products, and performing other duties as assigned.
