Job Description
Banc of California is seeking a Financial Services Officer to open new accounts, perform maintenance, and cross-sell products and services. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in Branch Banking Operations and a basic understanding of Treasury Management and key branch systems.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in new accounts
- 2 years of experience in Branch Banking Operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Treasury Management including wire procedures and policies
- Basic understanding of all key branch systems
- Basic end-user knowledge of Word and Excel
- Detailed and accurate with ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to match products with client needs
- Responsive; establishes and maintains relationships internally and externally
- Ability to articulate with confidence as primary point of contact for client questions
- Initiative to learn and grow; stays current on all new products
- Accountable for handling appropriate level of risk and making decisions
