Behavior Support Specialist

Bancroft is seeking a Behavior Support Specialist to join its Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence. The role involves creating and coordinating behavior analytic services, developing and implementing behavior plans, and collaborating with a team of clinicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of six months experience in Human Services or related field
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
