Corporate Compliance Manager

We're hiring a Corporate Compliance Manager to lead compliance and privacy efforts across the organization, ensuring that we meet and exceed the standards of care, safety, and regulatory excellence.

Requirements

• Master's Degree, Juris Doctor, or equivalent healthcare-related experience.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in compliance, healthcare law, HIPAA, or regulatory oversight.
• Proven expertise in healthcare regulations, state licensing, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
• Compliance certification preferred.
• Ability to draft and interpret policies
• Strong skills in communication, presentation, project management, and influencing others.
• Ability to lead with integrity, inspire confidence, and model ethical leadership
