Job Description
Park Distillery Restaurant & Bar, located in Banff, Alberta, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join their hospitality team. The role involves managing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including hiring, training, and ensuring excellent customer service and employee experience. The Assistant General Manager will contribute to profitability and the brand's success while maintaining a strong company culture.
Requirements
- Oversee and manage all areas of the venue.
- Ensure financial and personnel-related administrative duties are completed accurately.
- Enforce sanitary practices and maintain restaurant cleanliness.
- Manage inventory, ordering liquor, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
