Banyan Living seeks an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team, performing routine inspections, conducting repairs, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
