HVAC Technician

Banyan Living is seeking a dedicated HVAC Technician to maintain residential communities. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring resident comfort and satisfaction. The position requires diagnostic skills, preventative maintenance, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an HVAC training program (desirable)
• HVAC technician certification or license (required)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
