We are seeking dynamic, sales-driven Leasing Consultants to join our team and deliver an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. The role emphasizes customer service, communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into signed leases. While prior leasing experience isn't required, a strong sales background and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

• Previous leasing or apartment industry experience is a plus
• Proven success in sales, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
• Professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• High level of comfort using leasing software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of Fair Housing and commitment to compliance
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule as needed
