Job Description
This Field Installation Technician role involves deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting technology solutions at customer locations across the US. It requires extensive travel, diverse project work, and a focus on POS systems, networking, and PC hardware. The position involves detailed installation work, cable management, and excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Install Technician or similar role
- Strong focus on POS systems, networking, and PC hardware
- Demonstrated expertise in low voltage wiring methods and terminations
- Prior experience with pulling and managing low-voltage cables
- Proficiency in using powered hand tools safely
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
