Bardel Entertainment is seeking an Animation Technical Assistant for its Vancouver studio. The role involves testing, maintaining, and supporting animation systems, rigging, pipelines, and processes to support the animation team. The company is internationally recognized and has a history of producing high-quality entertainment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mel and Python scripting, animation trees, and similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of animation process, tools, and pipeline.
• Solid working knowledge of Autodesk Maya and ShotGrid.
• Understanding in rigging, skinning, and related character technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced production environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Adaptable, open to feedback, and flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
