Werkstudent Corporate / M&A

As a work student, you will participate in the corporate law practice and support the lawyers of the section with the guidance of M&A transactions. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience, develop your legal knowledge further and get to know our Corporate / M&A section at the same time.

Requirements

• Studying or have recently completed your master's degree in Dutch law
• Affinity with corporate law
• Some practical experience in legal services is an advantage
• Available for two or three days a week as soon as possible
