Job Description
Barfoots is seeking reliable Production Operatives for its busy sites in Chichester and Pagham. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to work across various departments, assisting with all production steps from machinery monitoring to machine changeovers. Candidates should have strong team skills and a 'can do' attitude.
Requirements
- Previous/Similar Factory/Manufacturing Experience
- Basic level of English
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- A 'can do' and flexible attitude
- Strong team player with a positive mindset
