Job Description
Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for its Rubbiano Sauces Plant, reporting to the Plant Engineer. The role focuses on supporting plant efficiency through maintenance, ensuring equipment performance, and adhering to quality and safety standards, while complying with KPIs.
Requirements
- Collect, organize, and update technical area maintenance plans.
- Analyze failures and critical machines through production and maintenance data.
- Define maintenance activities in coordination with production planning.
- Manage spare parts and BOM
- Ensure compliance verification
- Collect post-intervention information to update and improve plans.
- Propose continuous improvement activities on equipment.
