Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Technology Analyst who combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of real estate equity or commercial mortgage loan (CML) operations. The role will serve as a team lead and mentor, supporting both applications and users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in real estate technology, with a focus on equity or debt (CML) operations
- Strong SQL skills and experience with application support or systems troubleshooting
- Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders and translating needs into technical solutions
- Proven leadership or mentorship experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
