Director of Advising and Programs

The Director of Advising and Programs oversees the strategic planning and execution of events, services, and resources that support students and alumnae in career development, graduate & professional school advising, and applications to on-campus and national/international fellowships.

Requirements

• Hire, train, and manage members of the Advising and Programs Team
• Develop and maintain relationships with campus and external partners
• Provide no fewer than 7.5 hours of weekly availability for one-on-one advising to students and alumnae
• Design and implement processes for evaluating the success of advising and programmatic initiatives
