Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist for auction houses in Sweden and internationally, working with onboarding, support, customer relationships, and proactive Customer Success.
Requirements
- Experience of customer support, onboarding, Customer Success or similar role in SaaS environment
- Good technical understanding
- Very good communicative ability in both Swedish and English
- Structure and ability to handle multiple parallel contacts
- A self-motivated and unpretentious attitude
