Client Support

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our growing employer services team in either Cheltenham or Bristol. This role involves assisting Line Managers, Consultants, and CRM's with health and protection policies, flexible benefit administration, financial statements, and client data management. The position offers hybrid work, with a focus on a 2-3 day in-office presence in Cheltenham and occasional travel.

Requirements

• Maintain regular client contact and assist with reports.
• Manage data and client information.
• Issue invoices and comply with internal guidelines.
• Answering employee calls and keeping databases updated.
• Handle administrative tasks and data.
• Assist with 4me development and administration.
