Job Description
The IT Support Team is responsible for supporting and developing the Firm’s systems, including Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Office 365 applications. This role is office-based and offers opportunities to work on projects and scale from within the IT department. The IT Support Technician will focus on both IT and video conferencing systems, along with providing technical support to end-users.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ITILv4 Foundation Certified or familiarity with ITIL practices
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
