Barr is seeking a mechanical designer/Plant3D administrator for a hybrid role that supports multidisciplinary teams. The role offers flexibility in Plant3D administration time and encourages continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience using Autodesk Plant3D on project work for production of construction documents
- Minimum of two years of experience managing Autodesk Plant3D project standards
- Experience working on multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with mechanical and electrical designers and engineers
- Understanding of the core uses of various software packages (Plant3D, AutoCAD, Revit, CADWorx, Civil3D, Solidworks, etc)
- Ability to guide project managers in selecting the best software for specific applications
- Driver’s license: possession of a current, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship by Barr, now or in the future
