Job Description
Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is seeking a Mining Manager to oversee mining activities, ensure safety and operational efficiency, and lead a team to achieve company objectives. The role requires 15 years of experience in underground hard rock mining and a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or Equivalent.
Requirements
- Prepare and operate within annual and periodical mining budgets
- Provide leadership, supervision, and skills training to employees
- Develop and implement mining strategies, budgets, and plans
- Ensure provision of written and/or verbal and operational reports
- Actively foster two-way communication, teamwork, and interdepartmental cooperation
- Develop and implement systems to collect, validate, and analyze planning and performance information
- Continually review and improve technical services department
- Participate in management and operational teams to achieve company targets
