Job Description
Mesabi Metallics is seeking a Manager - Mine to oversee all aspects of mining operations, including planning, production, safety, staffing, and budget. The role involves leading a team and ensuring efficient, safe, and profitable operations, while upholding industry regulations. This is a pivotal moment for a new mine project in Minnesota's mining history.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in mining operations
- 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
