Job Description
This internship with Bartlett Tree Experts offers hands-on experience in scientific tree and shrub care in a professional environment. Interns will learn fundamental arboricultural techniques including pruning, rigging, root excavation, and equipment operation. The internship is 8-12 weeks, 40 hours/week and generally starts in May.
Requirements
- A passion for nature and the outdoors
- Pursuing a degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Turfgrass, Horticulture, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture, or a related field
- Interest in working outdoors in all weather conditions
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team
