Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to handle incoming requests, manage our standard rental vehicles and offers, and contribute to commercial opportunities and improvements in our way of working.
Requirements
- Handle incoming tickets and customer requests
- Create, send and follow up on offers
- Manage the standard rental offer
- Take care of and follow up on weekly mailings to customers and prospects
- Ensure an up-to-date and complete offer of rental vehicles on the website
- Contribute to commercial opportunities and improvements in our way of working
