Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Application Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Dealer Management System (DMS) and provide technical support to users. The role involves daily technical management and maintenance, user support, project management, and optimization and innovation.
Requirements
- At least MBO4 work and thinking level with a completed education in the direction of IT, Business Administration or a related field.
- Several years of experience as an application manager.
- Experience with SQL: querying, analyzing, and using data from the database to resolve incidents or optimize processes.
- Communicatively strong; Dutch and English in word and writing, German is a plus.
- Independent, proactive, and taking the initiative: ensuring that the DMS runs smoothly and performs controls and tasks independently.
