• Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS – ideally with platform products, APIs, or integration solutions
• Knowledge of ERP systems and the business processes they support
• Experience with international ERP systems – understanding their scale, diversity, and what it's like to work with large volumes of data in complex organizations
• Technical skills – the ability to read API documentation, discuss system architecture, and translate business needs into concrete technical solutions
• Platform thinking – the ability to see beyond individual features. A systems-thinking mindset focused on ecosystems and scalable solutions is essential
