Implementation Specialist (DACH)

Base.com is a global e-commerce SaaS platform focused on helping online sellers manage their operations. They are rapidly expanding, with operations now across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, and are currently focused on growth in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This Implementation Specialist role involves leading technical onboarding projects for new customers, ensuring smooth go-live experiences and providing advisor support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce implementation, SaaS onboarding, pre-sales, or solutions consulting.
• Experience with ERP integration, order processing systems, or retail operations.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows, logistics, catalog and inventory management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Comfort working with APIs, platform configuration tools, or basic scripting (e.g. PHP, JavaScript,).
