Immigration and Mobility Lead

Baseten is looking for an Immigration and Mobility Lead to oversee the end-to-end immigration lifecycle, manage U.S. visa processes, and design a relocation experience for employees and their families. The role requires a strong knowledge of the evolving U.S. immigration landscape, international employment arrangements, and cross-border tax implications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing U.S. and Canadian business immigration
• Proven ability to navigate complex, high-stakes immigration scenarios
• Deep, current knowledge of the evolving U.S. immigration landscape
• Strong experience advising on international employment arrangements
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
