Requirements

• Senior Project NGBA (Next Generation Business Architecture)
• Support the implementation of Senior Project NGBA in the Thailand’s People Cluster
• Prepare workstream charters, milestone plans and weekly status reports
• Coordinate and align tasks and timeline with Global / Regional / Country project team
• Act as team representative to work on HR Operation Excellence and Digitalization Projects
• Provide advisory role for responsible OD and support local implementation of OD action
• Support OD to run Performance Improvement Program (PIP) for identified employees
• Take lead on Quality Management for HR core process (ISO9001, IATF16949, etc.)
