Requirements

• Lead a team of chemists and engineers for successful execution of research projects within specified timeline and budget
• Create innovative projects and bring new know-how, technologies, products, and processes for the company
• Be in charge of functional leadership of the lab team
• Monitor, validate and document progresses achievements of milestones
• Ensure compliance of working-security-and-environmental policies within his scope of responsibility
• Enable clarification of technical, patent legal as well as economic assumptions within projects and process development
