Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, chemistry, chemical engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the technical development coatings industry
• Experience in technical research and development, as well as technical problem solving
• Demonstrated abilities in people management, influencing, and negotiation
• Proficient in English communication and presentation skills
