Global Color Innovation Technology Specialist

Enhance Color matching efficiency and improve Quality in the Global Color labs by driving the use of AI and data-driven decisions, owning and improving tools and processes, and advocating for change and innovation.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Science, Engineering or IT
• 0-5 years of work experience
• Experience in project management in a technical environment
• AI and machine learning: experience in applying machine learning models, AI and/or big data analysis to technical problems
• Basic understanding of color science and color matching theory
• Basic understanding of digital transformation
• Willingness to work in a global team and collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders in different locations and time zones
