Job Description
BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions is seeking a Reliability Engineer to develop and implement reliability engineering systems for its Huntsville site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and 3+ years of reliability engineering experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of reliability engineering experience
- Manufacturing experience required; chemical plant experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of reliability tools, practices, and other common equipment associated within a manufacturing facility required
- Ability to read/understand ISOs, P&IDs, PFDs, One-Line required
- Strong leadership skills preferred
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems preferred
- Experience with vibration or other PdM inspection tools preferred
- Experience with various computer programs, specifically Microsoft Office Suite and SAP or similar CMMS required
