Job Description
The Asst. Bakery Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the bakery department meets goals, provides excellent customer service, and maintains the freshest bakery products. This role involves managing personnel, ordering supplies, merchandising, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The team lead will also act as a coach and trainer for the bakery team.
