Job Description
The Bashas' Bakery Team Lead will manage the bakery department, focusing on customer service, pricing accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, and product merchandising. They are responsible for effective leadership of employees and ensuring the department meets sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
- Focusing on providing fast and friendly customer service.
- Understanding the importance of and monitoring product pricing, signage, and placement.
- Keeping a clean, neat and orderly bench, production area, storage area, and walk-in coolers and freezers.
- Helping in the wrapping, boxing, weighing, slicing, finishing, and stocking bakery department products.
