Head of Consumer Product

Basic Capital is a fintech company disrupting America's $1T retirement industry by building the mortgage for retirement, unlocking market ownership, and making wealth accessible to every American. The company is seeking a Head of Consumer Product to build and run the end-to-end consumer product strategy, define the consumer operating model, and be accountable for consumer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience owning and shipping consumer products end-to-end
• Strong product strategy + execution ability (discovery → delivery → iteration)
• Excellent cross-functional leadership (design, engineering, operations, marketing)
• Ability to operate with high agency in a fast-moving environment
