We're looking for a Chatbot Innovation Manager to shape the next generation of conversational AI at Basic-Fit. As a key member of our team, you'll drive innovation, develop smart features, and improve the chatbot experience for millions of members.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working as a product owner or similar role with a solid understanding of agile methodologies
- Open, social, and communicative, and enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders
- Proactive and curious, eager to dive into how the chatbot works and identify opportunities to make it smarter
- Both analytical and creative — able to interpret insights and translate them into meaningful product improvements
