Job Description
Basis is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of their AI-powered accounting tools. The ideal candidate will have experience designing complex SaaS or AI tooling and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity culture.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience designing complex SaaS or AI tooling
- First-principles reasoner with ability to break down problems to fundamentals
- Agent-native builder with experience prototyping with LLMs
- Practical knowledge of accounting principles (bonus points)
- Experience owning a product end-to-end (bonus points)
