Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UX Researcher
- Experience with a variety of user research methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys, ethnographic research)
- Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback
- Strong analytical skills and data synthesis
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience reviewing designs and prototypes
- Excellent communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Experience in agile, cross-disciplinary team environment
