BAT is looking for an Area Assistant Operations Finance Manager in Iraq to play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting operational finance activities, and driving key financial processes across all DRBU markets.
Requirements
- Monthly Reporting
- Follow up with DRBU markets to ensure accurate and timely reporting of Cost of Sales (CoS)
- Consolidate and analyze CoS data for senior management review
- Savings Reporting
- Oversee and monitor savings reporting through the PSTT platform
- Ensure alignment of savings initiatives with financial targets
- Capex Management
- Track and follow up on capital expenditure requests and approvals
- Maintain a clear and updated overview of Capex allocations and spending
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Record and report on stock build-up trends and their financial implications
- Ensure proper financial documentation and reporting for stock-related activities
- Follow the global way of reporting (using the Cost Centers and GLs) mandated
- Run-monthly tracker to ensure all markets are abiding by new way of working
- Non-Criminal Losses
- Investigate and follow up on reported non-criminal losses & upcoming sensitivities
- Collaborate with market teams to minimize and prevent such occurrences
- Lead communication with regional team on Losses related queries
