Digital HR Intern

BAT is evolving at pace into a global multi-category business. Our purpose is to create A Better TomorrowTM by Building a Smokeless World. We're looking for a Digital HR Intern to join our team in Subang Jaya to provide secretarial and administrative support for the HR Function.

Requirements

• Support respective HRBP with the day-to-day activities of the HR Function.
• Support to oversee the end-to-end recognition experience and ensure that all activities are aligned with the standard operating procedures.
• Generates and complies standard reports for respective HRBP for respective people agenda pillars.
• Supporting the logistics and execution of internal company events.
• Curating effective internal email communications to deliver company initiatives.
• Creating clear and engaging social media content to drive employer branding.
• Supporting the HRBP around policy review to ensure up to date benefits and information.
• Performing general HR customer service for internal clients.
• Supporting the HRBP in the execution of Company’s employee cyclical plan.
• Ideating and implementing simplification of processes within the HR function while supporting any ad-hoc tasks within the team.
