Key Account Executive

BAT is looking for a National Key Account Executive (KAE) to build and execute business relationships with CVS accounts in Japan, driving sales, market share, and in-store presence. The successful candidate will have experience in FMCG industries, knowledge of B to B relationships, and skills in data analysis and communication.

Requirements

• FMCG industry experience (3+ years, national chain preferred)
• Understanding of B to B relationships and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Leadership and ownership skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• International experience (optional)
• Japanese language proficiency (native level) / English proficiency (business level)
