Finance Manager

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Lausanne, Switzerland. This role involves controlling and accounting responsibilities, including policy development, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance. The Finance Manager will work with the CFO and support local and international markets.

Requirements

• Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling
• Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager
• Experience in controlling is a strong asset
• Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
• Flexibility, adaptability and curiosity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and results oriented
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Perform well under pressure
